Everyday Planning

What we help with.

Five things people bring to the kitchen table. Most clients start with one and end up with all five, because none of them really sit still on their own.

Financial Planning

We start with the whole picture — what comes in, what goes out, what you owe, and what you're trying to build. Then we write it down in language you can use, and revisit it as things move.

  • Cash flow and savings targets
  • Debt payoff order
  • Insurance gaps
  • Education funding
  • Timing on big purchases

Investment Management

We build portfolios around timelines, not predictions. Money you need in three years is invested differently from money you need in thirty. We rebalance on a schedule and keep costs and taxes low.

  • Low-cost index funds
  • Scheduled rebalancing
  • Asset location across accounts
  • Risk matched to the timeline

Tax Planning

Filing looks backward; planning looks forward. We model the next several years so income, conversions, and gifts land in the years that cost you least — working alongside your CPA rather than replacing them.

  • Roth conversion windows
  • Timing of income
  • Capital gains harvesting
  • Bunching charitable gifts

Retirement Planning

The question is rarely whether you have enough in the abstract. It's what you can spend, when you can stop, and where the income comes from once the paychecks don't.

  • Withdrawal sequencing
  • Social Security timing
  • Medicare and health coverage
  • Pension and annuity decisions

Estate Planning

Making sure what you've built goes where you intend, with less friction for the people who receive it. We handle beneficiaries, titling, and coordination, and work with your attorney on the documents.

  • Beneficiary review
  • Titling and ownership
  • Charitable giving
  • Coordinating with your attorney

How we charge

Fee-only, and plainly stated.

We are paid by clients and nobody else. No commissions, no referral fees, no products with a payout attached. Here is what an engagement usually looks like — replace these with your actual fees before launch.

Ongoing planning

A flat annual fee, billed quarterly, covering the plan, the meetings, and the follow-through.

Investment management

A percentage of the assets we manage, tiered so the rate falls as the balance grows.

One-time project

A fixed price for a single decision — a retirement date, an equity grant, a sale.
